Pecan Cookies

½ cup butter, 1 cup ground pecans, 2 tablespoons sugar,1 cup sifted flour or cake flour,1 teaspoon vanilla,powdered sugar

Mix soft butter, sugar and vanilla until soft. Add pecans and flour. Roll to size of large marbles. Place on unbuttererd cookie sheet and bake 40-45 minutes in 300° oven. When bottom of cookies are slightly brown, they are done. Cool for 5 minutes. Then roll in powdered sugar.
